How to resize hard disk space without reinstalling

Tutorial:

Disks are configured as 2 partitions. Partitions C & D. C is the system partition. The is to expand the partition C becomes 7GB .

Step 1: Create 7GB disk space
Shrink the D drive to get 7 GB of free space between drive C and drive D. Please select from the Partition Wizard, and click the "Move / Resize" from the toolbar. You will see a popup window like the following picture. And then drag the border left to right partition to shrink this partition. And then click the OK button.

Step 2: Now there is disk space 7 GB unallocated made ​​between drive C and D. And then please select the C drive, and click the "Move / Resize" from the toolbar again.
